About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

As a Project Coordinator, you will be supporting Project and Programme Managers by coordinating a variety of critical activities throughout the project lifecycle; from purchase and order management to financial tracking, generating detailed reports and handling administrative responsibilities. Guided by IT PMO project governance and standards, your work will contribute to best practices and seamless project execution.

Reporting directly to the Project Coordination Practice Lead, you will have the opportunity to support single or multiple programmes, proactively seeking alignment and standardisation of practices. You will collaborate with a community of project and programme coordinators, contributing to the evolution and adoption of consistent, effective processes across all initiatives.

You are a natural relationship builder, skilled at engaging with and communicating across a diverse range of stakeholders. With at least three years of comparable experience, you bring a proven ability to deliver results while fostering collaboration and trust. Your continuous improvement mindset enables you to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, driving positive change in your work.

You’re confident using the MS Office suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, and Share Point, making it easy for you to streamline workflows and stay organised. Your knack for accurate and clear financial reporting keeps everyone informed and ensures processes run smoothly. These skills make you a key part of any project’s success.
