At the heart of our People Solutions Team, we’re redefining HR operations to create smarter, more efficient, and seamless experiences for our people and culture (P&C) community. With cutting-edge technology and a focus on cross-skilling, we’re dedicated to meeting our customers where they are and taking them where they need to go.
As a People Solutions Consultant in the Contracts & Onboarding team, you’ll oversee the entire onboarding journey, ensuring new hires have a seamless start from digital contract generation to employee profile activation. This is your chance to work with advanced, end-to-end employment systems integrated into our core HR platform, drive process and system improvements that make a tangible impact and play a pivotal role in delivering streamlined contract solutions and positive onboarding experiences.
We are offering a fixed term opportunity available for 12 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strong HR advisory skills, with expertise in providing guidance on contract legislation, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.
- Tackle complex cases and resolve escalations with a consultative approach.
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide one-on-one feedback to support Advisors’ development.
- Design and facilitate impactful capability-building sessions for the team and our customers, including hiring managers.
- Lead projects that drive meaningful change across People Solutions and that support the P&C community and broader customers.
- Ensure smooth operations through efficient and equitable workload management.
- Champion and drive continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to our internal case management guides and identifying and submitting improvement ideas.

We’re looking for a service-oriented professional with a strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, not only for engaging with external parties but also for maintaining clear and precise internal work notes.
A curious mindset and a focus on continuous improvement are key, with a proactive approach to questioning why we do things the way we do and actively seeking ways to enhance our processes. We’re seeking someone willing to dive in and contribute to the building of our internal knowledge articles/process guides (People Solutions Knowledge),and capture their light bulb moments through submitting CIMs (Continuous Improvement Modules) to drive impactful solutions.
Desired qualifications and experience include:
- A bachelor’s degree in People & Culture (P&C) or a related field.
- A passion for working with HR systems, coupled with the technical ability to navigate and optimise these systems while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrable generalist HR knowledge, ideally with experience in contracts, onboarding, leave, pay, and policy.
- Comfort working within a shared service environment and managing complex issues.
- Prior experience managing high-volume case requests (through Service Now Cases and phone calls) is highly desirable.
