What you bring to the role:
- Extensive experience leading from the front, increasing your team's productivity while ensuring high quality of work.
- Great people management skills with an open communication style.
- Support the training, mentoring and development of your team.
- A minimum of 5 years of civil construction experience.
- A clean license with a minimum of class 2 and WTR endorsements. Class 4 would be an advantage but is not essential.
- An ability to work away from home at times would be beneficial.
