The Haematology service is looking for an Administration Clerk to provide key administration support to the haematology department and Haematology Day Stay.
Waitemata District has an established dynamic and growing haematology department based at North Shore Hospital. Clinical areas include malignant haematology, a large acute thrombosis service, an active research department as well as general haematology.

• Organised day to day running of Doctors clinics
• Administration for Haematology Day Stay unit and outpatient clinics
• Ordering of supplies
• Coding and filing of notes on discharge from haematology Day Stay
• Booking and coding in i PM of patient appointments (clinic appointments and treatments)
