THE POSITION
Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition department. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for all positions within the organization in the Netherlands and Germany.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will also manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
