As a Supply Chain Coordinator at B Futurist your role is essential to the company's growth and success. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious recent graduate with a passion for Supply Chain to join our team. This role is designed for a driven individual who is eager to learn and get stuck into the field of Supply Chain.
Your mission:

• Act as the central point of contact and communication hub with traders, warehouse, finance, forwarders, and customers to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain operations.
• Manage and coordinate inbound, outbound, triangular, domestic, EU, and non-EU shipments.
• Proactively track actions and changes and ensure timely and professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with transport industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct thorough transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to problem-solving and innovative solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a logistics coordinator, transport planner, or transport administrator.
• Strong knowledge of rules and regulations in the transport industry.
• Pragmatic communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for customers and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong command of written and spoken English (Business level) is a must, language proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Dutch, or any other European language is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating international transport, including EU, non-EU, and triangular shipments.
• A strong team player with an analytical mindset.
• Proactive Attitude: You are able to anticipate needs and act quickly
• Strong Organizational Skills: You are able to multi-task and manage your time wisely
• Attention to Detail: You can spot small details and value precision and accuracy
• Problem solving skills: You are adaptable and can overcome challenges with creative solutions
