Cloetta’s Operations division is responsible for production, purchasing, planning, logistics, quality, technology and safety. In Cloetta’s Operations division are factories in Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia and Ireland.
What will you be contributing to?
Cloetta works with 50+ 3P suppliers, delivering 25% of all volumes sold by Cloetta.
In your role as Supply Chain Manager 3P you are part of the European Supply Chain Planning team. Your main responsibility is to secure Service and Inventory targets, in collaboration with 3P Suppliers, market 3P SC teams, central 3P Team (Procurement, Quality, SC) and P&M Procurement. You will elevate major topics that require business decision making to the Cloetta IBM process, securing that the business is capable to make those decisions based on your inputs.
As process owner, you will be leading in improving and harmonizing the SC processes and systems related to 3P Supply, as part of our Perfect SC Journey. You will be a key player in defining the collaboration strategy diversification by supplier.
Your responsibility will be…
- Owner of the Perfect Supply Chain program for 3P SC.
- Secure execution of a standardized processes by SC teams across markets.
- Improve process standards and initiate system improvements to support excellent forecasting and ordering process by SC teams across markets.
- Monitor 3P supplier SC performance and act on deviations, by holding 3P suppliers accountable. Set up and execute a 3P supplier SC performance governance model and SLA.
- Capture forward looking supply risks, based on historical performance and supplier intelligence. Elevate business risks to Cloetta IBM to trigger decision making.
- Collaborate with procurement to improve on Cost-Cash-Service.
- Key user and functional owner of the Supplier Collaboration system.

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in field Supply Chain, Logistics or Economics.
- A structured personality with min 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain.
- Good understanding on supply chain management, capacity drivers, production processes and demand.
- Fluent in business English required.
- Experience with indirect leadership preferred.
- Team player with excellent communication skills on different levels in an international environment.
- Ability to manage stress and demonstrates change leadership skills.
- Commercial sensitiveness.
- Structured, logical, and analytical thinker with a business mindset.
- Independent person with entrepreneurial ownership and passion for improving.
- Able to switch easily between details and high-level analysis.
