For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Service Support – Data Centers (m/f)
(Parttime | 24-32 hours)

As a Service Support employee you are supporting the (Sr.) Contract Managers Data Centers with their primary service processes by performing a variety of department-related administrative and customer support activities. You are part of the Service team and report directly to the Teamleader Service Support.

Key Responsibilities

• You create service tickets in the system at the request of the Contract Managers and create ' Purchase Requests' for the purpose of supplying goods or services of third parties.
  
• You manage the service administration, where the executed work orders are converted into invoices, warranty claims, or are booked on the VCAs (Value Care Agreements).
  
• You process incoming invoices for service tickets
  
• You handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, such as phone or email
  

Qualifications

• Secondary Vocational Education (MBO 3/4) administrative or technical direction;
  
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience;
  
• Experience with ERP Systems (preferred);
  
• Proficient in Dutch and English;
