About this vacancy

As senior expert plasma (Dry) etching you will be the driving force behind dry etching equipment in a cleanroom environment. You have a good understanding of dry etching, and will maintain the process at a stable level.
Amongst others you will be developing new dry etching processes on project basis and will assist customers in expertise on etching process choices.

What we expect from you

BSc. or MSc. in Applied Sciences and/or related area.
10+ years of experience with dry etching used for thin film processing (complete process from start to finish).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of complex plasma etch processes and interaction with thin films.
Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English
