About this vacancy
As senior expert plasma (Dry) etching you will be the driving force behind dry etching equipment in a cleanroom environment. You have a good understanding of dry etching, and will maintain the process at a stable level.Amongst others you will be developing new dry etching processes on project basis and will assist customers in expertise on etching process choices.
What we expect from you
- BSc. or MSc. in Applied Sciences and/or related area.
- 10+ years of experience with dry etching used for thin film processing (complete process from start to finish).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of complex plasma etch processes and interaction with thin films.
- Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English
