What Will You Do?
HQ Group is a leading company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our demanding customers. We are seeking an engaged Process Engineer to enhance our Repair department’s operations.
In this role, you will:

• Ensure that various production processes run optimally and efficiently.
• Analyses, identifies, provides advice and consults in the context of processes, quality, safety, manageability and optimal production
• Compiling a detailed process description leading to work instructions and adapting existing instructions where necessary
• Provides input on process parameters such as cycle times, preliminary and subsequent costing of work orders, technical capabilities of machines and other equipment
• Communicates with the shift leaders and when needed informs the employees about relevant updates
• Helps ensure that production can achieve the set goals.

What Do You Bring?

Among other things, we are also looking for these requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or extensive relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong affinity for technological developments and production-related processes
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures is a plus
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Residing in the Netherlands, as this is a physical location role
