Are you passionate about technology and problem solving? We’re looking for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team of 7 tech experts. As a part of our small but efficient team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of the products we deliver.
Enjoy a harmonious work schedule with your day starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 16:30 PM, as we work exclusively in a single daytime shift.
What are you going to do
- Checking and repairing various types of damage to packaging and high tech parts
- Replacing high-tech parts
- Handling of administrative tasks
- Propose solutions for mechanical functionality and cosmetic appearance

Junior Tech Repair Employee
- Gain hands-on experience with repairing high-tech tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of repair processes and technical troubleshooting.
- Lead more complex repairs and mentor junior technicians.
- Specialize in specific tools or technologies.
- Contribute to improving efficiency in the repair process.
- Oversee a team of technicians, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control.
- Manage team schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement new repair procedures.
- Transition into process improvement, focusing on optimizing repair techniques.
- Work on root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Develop quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Who you are
- MBO degree, preferably a technical study i.e. mechatronics.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position, or like mechanic/ operator/ assembly.
- Have technical insight/ can work with technical schedules.
- Good command (B1) of the English language, both speaking and writing.
- You live in The Netherlands
- Salary between €2.350,- to € 2.600,- (based on 40hrs) gross per month, based on knowledge and experience
- Start direct with a 7-month contract
- 8% holiday money per year
- 28 holiday days and the possibility of receiving 5 extra days off
- Travel allowance 23 ct/km (starting from 10km one-way)
