Integration Engineer

The integration engineer is member of the test and integration team and integrates the deliverables from development teams into assemblies and checks the quality of these assemblies before delivery to system integration. As a member of the team you focus on the integration strategy, automating integration and related quality checks to enable fast and easy integration for developers.
As an integration engineer you are pro-active and identify potential risks for integration and challenge the stakeholders to improve their quality.
Responsibilities
- Integrating operating system level changes.
- Define the departmental integration strategy together with the integration team
- Align integration way of working with the system integration team
- Integrate the cloud testing initiative in the integration strategy
- Ensure the integration plan is aligned with development during planning events
- Integrate deliverables from developers into assemblies
- Maintain Jenkins jobs to ensure test are run regularly and timely
- Analyze test results and identify what deliveries cause an issue
- Contact developers to discuss and drive fixes to be delivered quickly
- Automate integration and test steps where possible
- Explore opportunities for improvements and pro-actively connect to ASML wide initiatives on integration and testing
- Challenge the development teams to deliver the best possible quality and be a gatekeeper for the quality of the assemblies
Requirements Education and experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or other related studies.
- +5 years of relevant experience in testing, integration and software development.
- Experience in taking full ownership of integrating the deliverables from multiple development teams.
- Experience in GIT, Jenkins, Clearcase, Python
- Experience in maintaining an automated CI/CD environment
- Experience in programming/scripting and/or (test) automation.
- Experience with the agile way of working (preferably SAFe)
