Inside Sales Specialist

Your responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by understanding their unique requirements and providing them with tailored solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential new clients through proactive sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the forwarding industry.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, consistently striving for excellence.
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the forwarding industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry in The Netherlands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
