About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to employees and managers on key Human Resources (HR) topics such as hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation, and promotions.
You will often be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and are expected to address personnel and business concerns promptly and effectively. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will assist in designing, developing, and implementing HR policies and programs, ensuring they are administered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: €600,00 - €800,00 per month
Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Support: Dedicate time to interact with employees, offering support and gathering feedback.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to business and line managers on interpreting and implementing HR policies and programs.
- HR Tools and Processes: Support line management with various HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning, employee recognition, and rewards.
- Recruitment Coordination: Participate in recruitment activities, including screening applications and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute internal team-building events and external community engagement initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and standards.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A valid right to work in the Netherlands for the full duration of the internship.
- English is must, other language would be a plus.
