During your 6-month internship as a CX Analyst based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands Customer Experience team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment. MISSIONS • You will report and analyse the Bottom and Top 5 dealers (OBEYA), report them weekly and analyse the result and come up with actions to improve together with the team; • You will create reports and analyse Customer satisfaction results for all our brands and pro-actively come up with actions to improve with a focus on Sales and Aftersales Customer Experience (reports per dealer, per brand, per energy type (LEV/ICE), per type of car); • You will report the Quality bonus brand per brand and dealer based on the commercial policy; • Depending on the period and circumstances, other reports and analyses may also be part of the internship assignment.

PROFILE • You are a Bachelor/HBO/Master student in Data Analytics, Business Administration or related; • You have strong organizational, analytical and communication skills; • You are data-driven, with strong Excel skills (knowledge of Power BI is a plus); • You are independent, proactive and flexible, with an attention to detail; • You have a fluent or professional level in Dutch and English.
