Key Responsibilities

• Lead, encourage, and inspire Ambassadors to support the operational procedures of citizen M
• Coach and train ambassadors, develop and nurture talent, provide feedback and monthly performance reviews
• Create shift schedules, ensure adequate cover at all times, and assign daily tasks
• Be responsible for planning and work organization of the night team in the Dutch properties alongside the MODs
• Participate in leadership meetings to ensure alignment and strategic thinking

• Welcome our guests and help them check in and check out at the kiosks
• Maintain the hotel environment to ensure a clean and comfortable experience
• Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS), including the daily night audit
• Answer guest reviews during quiet shifts
• Work with the team to serve our guests in canteen M and society M where applicable
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of canteen M and guarantee quality
• Responsible for operations during the night shifts alongside the team, including taking care of our guests in emergencies.

• Salary based on having an SHV Certificate for Social Hygiene. If not in possession of this already, citizen M will arrange this training for you
