Faculty and Program
The Faculty of Arts is built on a long-standing tradition of four centuries. Our mission is to be a top-ranking faculty with both an excellent education and world-quality research, with a strong international orientation, firmly rooted in the North of the Netherlands. We build and share knowledge benefits to society. The language programs build on the expertise of a motivated international team of language teachers, which ensures that language learning is fully integrated with learning about the target language and culture. At ELC, we use effective research-based teaching methods and the latest technological innovations to support language learning and raise the profile of our students as future language ambassadors and cultural mediators for Europe.
You will prepare, oversee, organize and teach German language courses following the method developed by the Language Learning Team of the ELC as described in our mission statement.
