Current projects

• Project Nexus - The main focus of the User Application Team in 2025 is transforming Web-IQ's current flag ship application into a rock solid platform for customisable User Interface applications.
  
  This means that we are creating a new application architecture where one can configure interactive and data-driven screens that match the information needs and workflows of our customers. These screens are composed of interactive visual components, that are powered by data from our knowledge graph Data Platform via SPARQL queries.
• Project Overcooked - Delivering enhanced online data collection capabilities to our end users via a uniform user experience.

Our stack

• Develop the core of your applications in Java (using Spring Boot and a bit of Ruby on Rails)
• Deliver front-ends according to the Carbon Design System, on top of Elm.
• Package and deploy your applications in Docker.

What we ask of you

• HBO/WO education level
• Feeling for user experience design (UX)
• Ability to make data understandable through visualization
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux
• You get excited about maintainable code and reliable systems
• You live in the greater Groningen area
• Preferably you speak both Dutch and English
