• Develop sophisticated approaches to study and analyze the information transfer between brain regions and brains of different rodents while the animals interact, leveraging the cutting edge neural recordings at different temporal spatial scales collected within our lab (e.g. neuro-pixel, calcium, ultrasound imaging)
• Develop sophisticated analytical approaches to relate this brain activity to behavior, decision making and physiological markers in rodents
• Develop or refine online analyses pipeline suited for closed loop systems, based on brain or behavioral readouts
• Collaborate with neurophysiologists within the lab and the computational DBI2 cluster
• Publish your findings in open access scientific journals.

• Has a Ph D in the field of computation neuroscience or related fields;
• Enjoys and has extensive experience in advanced signal analyses, computational modeling and statistical inferences;
• Functions well both in a team and independently, and possesses good communication skills;
• Has extensive experience in programing
• Is willing to travel within the NL for short collaborative stays or regular visits to collaborative labs;
• Enjoys finalizing projects and writing papers, also visible from successful past work
