More about the role
This role is positioned within the central Service Team of our Consumer Business, globally responsible for Consumer Services and Care. It's responsibilities are at the heart of putting the customer in the center of everything we do, so aspiring for offering our customer the best Service experience must be in your DNA.
As a Consumer Care Intern, you’ll be responsible for analysing and improving our current processes to enhance consumer satisfaction. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply Lean methodology and drive meaningful change within a global organization.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team of global business process experts and quality management professionals. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Quality, Operations, and Training, to implement and deploy process improvements across the organization.

- Optimize your learning curve and teach you the basics of Customer Service in a multinational environment, so you’ll be ready to start any Customer Service job after graduation
- Support our organizations transformation by defining and deploying the processes for Customer Service and Care.
More about you
- Available for 6 months and able to start your internship per Feb 1
- A quick starter, strong in analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Lean methodology and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in an international team environment (Good command of English).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
