Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Italian cuisine and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You'll work closely with a talented team in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, bringing creativity and precision to every dish.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Support kitchen team, ensuring efficient operation during service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with HACCP protocols.
• Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy service periods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in an Italian kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team coordination skills.
• English conversational
