The Job
Our Jr. Sous Chef Pastry strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Responsibilities
-
Support the Pastry Sous Chef in managing the pastry team and daily kitchen operations.

Ensure all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and ready on time.

Assist in creating and maintaining recipes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the correct standards and quantities.

Supervise and train junior team members, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to hygiene standards.

Oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Pastry Sous Chef, maintaining smooth operations.

Communicate any anticipated shortages or issues to the Head Chef promptly.
-
Contribute to menu development and strive for continuous improvement in techniques and presentation.
