Specialty chef Asian cuisine level 4.
1. Masters allknowledge and skills for a level 4 Chef.
2. Preparing starters and main coursesthat have to be baked, fried and roasted.
3. Marinating meat products that needto be baked, fried and roasted.
4. Carrying out the preparations,monitoring/checking the quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity, etc. and makingadjustments/dosing.
5. In a small restaurant, the specialty chef Asian cuisine isalso deputy chef in emergencies.
6. Good knowledge of Eastern ingredients andtheir use in Asian cooking.
7. Cleaning one's own working environment, kitchenequipment and machines and assisting any kitchen assistant present in thecomplete cleaning of the kitchen.
8. A good team player who is flexible and hasgood communication skills.
9. Learning tasks that can partly take over the workof the sous-chef / all-round cook in the event of illness or vacation.
