Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist with expertise in the maritime and ports industry. This part-time role is pivotal in managing B2B sales cycles, building relationships, and aligning customer needs with our product development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers in the maritime sector.
- Manage complex B2B sales cycles effectively, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements to guide product development.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to align solutions with market demands.
- Represent Regbes at industry events and forums to build brand presence.
- Support structured process development.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the maritime and ports industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and port operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and part-time.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- A flexible part-time contract with a competitive package.
