Illumina is a leading employer based in Eindhoven and we are looking for an Administrator to join our Europe Recruitment Team in this modern and friendly office.

This role will support the hiring process of our growing contingent and permanent workforce. This is an exciting and fast-paced role where you will need to multi-task and work with a high level of detail. You will need to have excellent English language skills and fluent in Dutch as well.
The role is office-based 3 days a week with 2 days a week flexible working from home. You will be supporting the recruitment process of the customer care, logistics, and supply chain functions as well as office roles.
Why You
To be successful in this role you will have strong administration skills and an excellent customer service focus. You will have experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced organization and will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
You will like working with data, recruitment systems and managing the candidate journey from interview to employee. You will like following a process and making sure the correct new starter document is in place and compliant.
You may have experience working in administration in a multi-cultural company where you followed a specific process to onboard new starters at volume.
You will be a true team player, have good interpersonal and strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
You will be curious, enjoy working independently, and deal effectively with a broad range of personalities and cultures throughout the business. You will join a small and friendly team who support the wider organization to recruit new starters throughout the business.

Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes – scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, creating contracts, data entry.
- Administration and Coordination associated with onboarding and day one induction.
- Delivering great customer service which is both efficient and effective to our employees and candidates.
- New starter document management and compliance.
Preferred background, skills, and experience
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Proven background in an administrative function
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn to use a variety of tools and systems.
- Have proven attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities with competing deadlines.
