Being a financial administrator

As a vital member of the PUM community, your role is both dynamic and rewarding. As administrator you play a key role in the organisation and the Finance & Organisation Support department. The finance team consists of the Manager Finance & Organisation Support, an assistant Controller and you as an allround Financial administrator. What will a day in the office look like? Just to name a few responsibilities, you will be:

• Handling financial accounting.
  
• Booking invoices.
  
• Processing payments and expense claims.
  
• Responsible for preparing and filing VAT tax returns.
  
• Processing bank statements.
  
• Handle authorizations.
  
• Manage expense claims in Dynamics (CE).

As a full-time role at PUM (37.5 hours), the financial administrator position offers a competitive salary between the range of € 3.056,- and € 4.365,- , depending on the experience you bring. Who are you?

• You are an accurate and detail-oriented person, with MBO-HBO administration level and relevant work experience, preferably in an international context.
  
• You bring at least 5 years of work experience in financial administration in an independent role with a diverse set of tasks.
  
• You are administratively strong and can work well in a process-oriented way.
  
• You have an eye for smart and innovative ways of working and dare to bring ideas to the attention of your colleagues.
  
• You have good command of the English and Dutch language.
  
• You are experienced and comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365 (Excel). Experience with Power BI and Exact-Globe are from added value.
