Job Description
Missions du poste :
- Le magasinier consiste à approvisionner et à maintenir les stocks de pièce et autre fourniture afin qu’ils soient disponibles pour les à tout moment.
- Il gère le stock en commandant les pièces manquantes et est également en charge du déchargement du camion si nécessaire.
- Gestion des stocks mini et maxi ( codifiée ).
- Initie et suivi la codification de pièce de rechange. ( Non codifiée )
- Réception physique et sur système SAP de la marchandise.
- Conservation des stocks.
- Préparation et distribution de la marchandise.
- Inventaire des stocks en collaboration avec département finance.
- Rangement, nettoyage de matériel et de la zone travail.
- Suivi des demandes d’achat avec départements concernés.
- Bac scientifique minimum +2 ans de formation scientifique en mécanique
- Une expérience de 2 ans et plus dans un poste similaire
- Maitrise de l’outil SAP: Codification , suivi de consommation , suivi des demandes d’achat en collaboration avec département des achats …..
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques ( word, Exel, ppt,..)
- Bon niveau d’intégration, bonnes qualités relationnelles et aptitudes à communiquer.
- Esprit rigoureux, méthodique et organisation exemplaire.
- Bon niveau de Français,
- Anglais est souhaitable
