General Manager Assistant / Assistant(e) au DG Anglophone !!- TEMARA

We are seeking an Assistant to the General Manager for our client, a group operating in the real estate, agri-food business, and energy sectors, based in Témara. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English), with advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools. Proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Salaire: To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
  • Lieu: Témara.
  • Main required experience : advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools.!!!!!!!!! and bilingual (French and English) , Proficiency in German is a plus.
Qualifications :
  • Assist the General Manager in daily tasks.
  • Monitor accounting files and manage financial documents.
  • Budget calculation and financial forecasting.
  • Handle internal and external communications.
  • Organize appointments and meetings.
  • Manage certain administrative tasks.
Responsabilités :
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management, organization, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience.
