Pharmavet Maroc SA, together with its French partner Jefo Europe, is always on the lookout for a new business manager to support its development.
Position on unlimited-term contract based in Casablanca.

Based in Casablanca, Pharmavet is a major player in animal health in Morocco, working to improve animal production and animal welfare, and as such offers a wide and innovative range of veterinary medicines for all animal health professionals.
In addition, Pharmavet Maroc offers nutritional products and solutions to optimize animal production. With Jefo, a long-standing partner in the field of animal nutrition, Pharmavet Maroc supports feed production structures and integrators to improve animal feed efficiency by providing tailored solutions.
Your mission :
Reporting to the Managing Director of Pharmavet Maroc SA, your objective is to develop the marketing of the Jefo product range in Morocco in terms of sales and customer base.
To achieve this, your missions will focus on the following main areas:
To achieve this, you will be supported by JEFO Europe
JEFO Europe, a subsidiary of the Canadian JEFO group, is headquartered in Nantes (France). The 40-strong company specializes in the design and marketing of nutritional solutions for animal feed in Europe. Its distributor in Morocco is Pharmavet.
You are :
You are an Agronomist or Veterinary Engineer and/or you have proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales in the field of animal nutrition on the Moroccan market or similar market.

Your mission :
Reporting to the Managing Director of Pharmavet Maroc SA, your objective is to develop the marketing of the Jefo product range in Morocco in terms of sales and customer base.
To achieve this, your missions will focus on the following main areas:
- Prospecting for potential customers (mainly feed mills)
- Follow-up and development of sales with existing customers
- Define and implement the development strategy for the Jefo range (poultry and ruminants) by segment and customer type.
- Opportunity study for new product launches and follow-up of their registration.
- Analysis of customer needs to promote appropriate products and solutions
- Contribution to sales budgets and business plans for new products
- Monitor inventory, sales forecasts and update supply planning
- Set up and monitor sales trials
- Sharing market information and reporting on visits and sales with line managers
- Collaborate with market managers and organize their field visits
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through careful follow-up

- Ability to work in English recommended (if possible)
