The Graduate Institute at the School for International Training (SIT) invites ongoing applications for a part-time instructor pool. We are especially interested in candidates who, through their research, teaching, and/or service, will contribute to the diversity and inclusive excellence of the academic community. We have a wide range of Master's programs, both low-residency and global, as well as a low-residency doctoral program. We are seeking adjuncts located in one of our global learning locations to teach in person. Our course offerings are listed below. Please note that all part-time instructor postings are for adjunct pools. Positions may or may not be immediately available, however whenever openings occur, department chairs will turn to the adjunct pools to fill the openings.
Applicants to these pools will not hear back on their status unless an opening occurs and the department chair decides to interview that candidate to possibly fill the new opening.

Job Duties:
- Deliver instruction appropriate to the topic, course description, intended learning outcomes, level, and student audience.
- Promote and facilitate student success by creating an environment conducive to inclusive and experiential learning.
- Manage the learning environment through effective record-keeping, submitting grades and other reports on time, and enforcing school/campus academic, code of conduct, and attendance policies.
- Doctoral degree in a related field, with experience in a position relevant to the course topic.
- Graduate teaching experience is desirable.
- Background in inclusive teaching, global education, and experiential learning
- Experience with the course management system Canvas preferred

- Developing and Maintaining Collaborative Relationships - 3 Credits, Rabat, Morocco
- Safety and Well-being Challenges in Emergency Contexts - 3 Credits, Rabat, Morocco
- International Humanitarian and Refugee Law, Standards, and Principles - 3 Credits, Rabat, Morocco
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Concepts and Practices - 3 Credits, Rabat, Morocco
