As a German language instructor, you will play a key role in preparing North African talent for integration into the German work environment. Based in Morocco, you will provide language instruction and cultural knowledge to prepare candidates linguisti- cally and culturally for their life in Germany.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct German language courses focused on German proficiency, in line with the Jobliment Academy curriculum.

• Deliver intercultural training to familiarize participants with German workplace cul- ture, including communication styles, work etiquette, and social norms.

• Utilize the Busuu language-learning platform to monitor students' progress through the dashboard, providing targeted feedback and support.

• Document participants’ progress and engagement on our recruiting platform to assist in building a talent database for future placements.

• Coordinate workshops, group activities, and cultural exchange events to promote an understanding of German culture.

• Requirements:

• Fluent German language skills and good command of English; knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage.

• Experience in language instruction and intercultural training, ideally with a focus on German language and culture.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and in- spire learners.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance contract
Pay: 200.00DH - 250.00DH per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
