About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will be a crucial part of our development team, responsible for shaping and delivering exceptional product experiences for our client’s projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive the development of innovative features and improvements to our clients.
Onboarding: The onboarding process will be short and we will expect you to be able to contribute to projects quickly after starting your position.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working as Product Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work 9am -5pm EST
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You will need to provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service
• You are passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn.
• Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems
• Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team.
• Ability to be accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment.
• The desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team and help shape process, practice, and operations
• Agile + Scrum Methodology knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy* Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with the overall company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Product Development* Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch high-quality products.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Feature Prioritization and Roadmap* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• User Experience and Design* Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that features are intuitive and aligned with user needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and iterate on wireframes and designs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making* Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Define and track key product metrics, using insights to guide future enhancements.
• Communication* Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Quality Assurance* Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
• Address and prioritize bug fixes and improvements based on user feedback and testing results.
• Agile Development* Implement and advocate for agile development methodologies to enable quick response to market changes.

• Starting at $3000 - $4000 monthly depending on qualifications and experience
