We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is eager to learn and highly adaptable to change. Being part of the Cash Loan Growth team will give you the unique opportunity to be responsible for improving and offering a solid experience to our users in Mexico, having as a main tool product features and our internal and external communication channels (Push, Mail, SMS, Whatsapp, among others).

Team Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is eager to learn and highly adaptable to change. Being part of the Cash Loan Growth team will give you the unique opportunity to be responsible for improving and offering a solid experience to our users in Mexico, having as a main tool product features and our internal and external communication channels (Push, Mail, SMS, Whatsapp, among others).
- Taking part in the execution of the acquisition strategy of our users, having as a main leverage our internal and external communication channels.
- Giving support to the Growth team by improving execution of our weekly campaigns with a strong focus on the quality of our users.
- Executing the planned campaigns by the team with our internal platform.
- Working close with supporting areas like marketing and legal to ensure the campaigns are reviewed and on time.
- Supporting the growth team with multiple tasks and follow up on a daily basis.
- Educational Background: Marketing, Business Administration or related fields, ideally to be graduated in one year.
- Experience or desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making, adheres to deadlines in a fast-pace environment, and effectively communicates across a diverse team.
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficiency in English & Spanish
- SQL intermediate knowledge
- Clear communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management
