Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance
• 3 Years experience in accounting function
• Able to travel to project sites for meetings or discussions
• Knowledge in CSS software or any other property management accounting software.
• Working experience in Property Management field will be an added advantage.
• Posses good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare monthly financial management reports.
• To monitor daily cash balance, bank reconciliation and daily accounts entries.
• Cash flow management, budgetary review and control.
• To ensure timely payments to trade creditors, contractors and other third parties
• To assist in auditing and taxation assignments.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Head of Finance.
