ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Implement career development plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management systems to align with company objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance on professional development.
• Address performance issues through coaching, counselling, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Conduct regular benchmarking to stay informed about industry standards.
• Manage the annual performance appraisal and salary review processes.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a progressive HR approach.

Workplace Health and Safety:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Implement and oversee workplace safety programs and initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the Wholesale and Retail field
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, Labour laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

• RM6,000 – RM8,500 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
• Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

WORKING HOUR:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
Alternate Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm
