As a Sales Advisor, The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare sales reports.
• Perform daily stock counts and ensure stock tallies with the system.
• Follow company policies for stock and store safety.
• Support the Senior Sales Executive.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent solid experience.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

• RM1,800 – RM2,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
• Daily meal allowance RM4/working day

WORKING HOUR:
Monday - Sunday; 10.00am - 10.00pm (each entity offers different working hour)
