We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personal sales performance and will play an integral role in establishing contact and developing good relationships with prospects. Additionally, the candidate will be required to perform draughting duties to produce drawings and plans for our clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall sales targets of the Company.
• Offers superior customer service and cultivates positive relationships with prospects and clients.
• Generate new leads and sales opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Serve as contact point and liaison person with architects, contractors, and design Managers with regards to the specific details and to ensure correct size, details, stones and patterns are manufactured correctly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information.
• Follow up on sales leads and opportunities generated by sales meeting, site visitation, up to closing.
• Attend site and accurately perform site surveys prior to producing drawings and plans for clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Consult with clients to determine their needs and specifications for projects.
• Prepare production paperwork from templates and create the cutting sheets, following productions systems and procedures.
• Review and revise drawings and plans as necessary.
• Responsibilities and duties of the role may be modified according to the needs and requirements of the company and work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of working experiences, preferably from the Architectural/ Construction or equivalent.
• Possess previous experience working in the construction industry in a similar role. Preferably experience within the marble and granite sector and CAD drawings.
• Possess on site experience – setting out, surveying and measuring to a very precise level.
• Production of detailed using Auto CAD and Photoshop for technical drawings. This includes preparation of production paperwork from templates and create cutting sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to achieve personal sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle queries, requests and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the technical drawings related matter.)
• Knowledge of draughting principles and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

• RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
• Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

Monday - Friday; 8.00am-5.30pm
