About the role :-
Reporting directly to the management team, this full-time Finance Manager position at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial operations and contributing to its strategic decision-making processes.
What you'll be doing :-

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings
• Oversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, working capital, and cash flow
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, and implement effective controls and procedures
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organisation
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for :-

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the management accounting or business partnering domain
• Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
