About Our Client:
Our client has been a leader in the premium gift industry for 40 years, specializing in high-quality gifts for corporate clients. Their mission is to enhance corporate image and customer relationships. They partner with over 1,000 manufacturers, primarily in the Greater China region, offering more than 10,000 gifts to over 5,000 clients in Hong Kong. Their dedicated team provides tailored advice to ensure their products align with client goals. Quality is paramount; they monitor every production stage to guarantee that all merchandise meets our high standards before delivery.
Job Scope:
1. Market Development

• Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding market presence in local and Southeast Asian regions.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

2. Sales Lead Generation

• Generate and qualify sales leads from local/ Southeast Asian, and other foreign markets.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

3. Sales Management

• Handle all sales-related activities, including meetings/ follow-ups, and communication with factories.
• Manage documentation and transaction monitoring to ensure smooth sales operations and compliance

4. Product Sourcing

• Assist in sourcing high-quality wood and corporate souvenir products from Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferably with 2-5 years’ experience in export sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese is a must. Preferably Cantonese speaker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation software.
