Job Description
· Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

• Website content development (Woo Commerce), maintenance and optimization

· Conceptualize and implement the design and layout of website
· External code insertion to website (Eg. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager).
· Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce channel (Website, Mobile App, Lazada & Shopee).
· Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
· Analyze past sales, identify trends, action on fast and slow-moving inventory.
· Use key learnings from own campaigns or competitor promotional and marketing campaigns to drive own e-comm growth.
· Work closely with marketing department to plan and execute online campaigns and projects, to drive sales to meet budget.
· Plan and monitor online ecommerce platform paid search marketing campaigns and partner with ecommerce vendors to leverage all marketing opportunities.
· Work with e-comm channels to gain commitment and support to secure campaigns leads.
· Perform regular audits to ensure pricing is accurate and that products are categorized correctly. Set a process to check and approve all price uploads, to avoid price setting errors.
· Checks and verifies that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.
· Ensure stocks availability with secure stocks through a robust forecasting process.
· To perform Day-to-day management of E-Commerce sites’ operation (content/promotions/products).
· Works with ecommerce operation to ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction, and resolve all delivery issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill(s): Macromedia Flash, Well knowledge on online shopping process, Oversee channel development strategies and collaboration technologies, sales and operations to full fill ecommerce business strategy
· Preferably Senior Executive specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
