Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in various dining settings, including room service and complimentary venues.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries and offer recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
• Use a point-of-sale system to accurately process food and beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Rotate across different dining venues and assist with team needs as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and/or beverage service, preferably in 4- or 5-star restaurants, cruise ships, or fine dining.
• Proficient in customer service with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to distinguish between various food and beverage items and possess a strong understanding of food safety practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills are required, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• No visible tattoos.
