In your role as a Platform Architect , your expertise in successful Service Now projects will be a strong asset to make informed technical decisions that align with a client's desired business outcomes. You will play a key role in raising the bar on quality and continuously promote the growth and development of the many teams by acting as both a mentor and coach.
In addition to your technical expertise, it is essential to possess demonstrated experience in management consulting and professional services, enabling you to go beyond technical matters and provide comprehensive support.
What you will do:
In your role as a Platform Architect , your expertise in successful Service Now projects will be a strong asset to make informed technical decisions that align with a client's desired business outcomes. You will play a key role in raising the bar on quality and continuously promote the growth and development of the many teams by acting as both a mentor and coach.
In addition to your technical expertise, it is essential to possess demonstrated experience in management consulting and professional services, enabling you to go beyond technical matters and provide comprehensive support.
What you will do:
- Architect and implement tailored solutions : Design and deliver innovative Service Now solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD, addressing our clients' unique needs and challenges.
- Advise and guide clients : Collaborate with clients stakeholders to understand their business goals, ensuring solutions align with their strategic vision.
- Ensure best practices : Adhere to industry standards, Devoteam methodologies, and security protocols in all your projects.
- Drive innovation : Explore and implement cutting-edge Service Now features to help clients optimize operations and stay ahead of the competition.
- Mentor and inspire : Lead and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and building internal expertise.
- Support business growth : Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution scoping and proposal development, to expand Devoteam's Service Now practice.
- Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Service Now Architect, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices. Engaged in the technical evaluation of requirements in relation to the Service Now platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry best practices

Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with Service Now development, configuration, integration, administration.
Experience in the design and implementation of Service Now security architecture.
Ability to design a platform operating model
Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) - Certification advantage : Hold relevant Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL V4). Other Service Now disciplines (CIS in CSM, HR, Sec Ops, ITOM, etc.)
- Client-centric approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships. Enterprise vision of integrating Service Now Platform into the ecosystem of a client.
- Problem-solving mindset: A passion for tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.
