We're on the lookout for a .NET Tech Lead to join our Cloud Native App team, driving innovation and supporting the implementation of .NET solutions in a cloud environment to meet our clients' needs. - Provide technical guidance to the development team in the design, implementation, and deployment of .NET solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability to our projects.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to define scalable and maintainable architecture for .NET application
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Your technical skills :
- Hands-on experience in application architecture: micro-services, SOA, CQRS, Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience in modelling software solution (UML, C4 model).
- Hands-on experience in messaging patterns such as Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge in Service Bus patterns is a plus: NService Bus, Mass Transit.
- You have an in-depth understanding of the technologies mentioned, and at times provide technical assistance in pre-sales solutions: .NET Core (C#), Databases (SQL, Cosmos DB/Mongo DB) and Java Script (React)
- Good knowledge of programming design patterns and principles.
- Proven experience with Azure technologies and components, Azure architecture, best practices, security & monitoring.
- Experience in Agile methodology and knowledge of Azure Dev Ops.
- You can create and lead a technically functional team that supports both new and ongoing solution implementations.
- You are creative and able to suggest optimal solutions and workarounds where applicable.
- You can actively partner with the team and ensure a smooth transition of work.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can oversee, guide and mentor junior team members.
- You have problem solving skills.
- You speak both in French & English fluently (both mandatory).
