Receptionnist/ Administrative Assistant (M/F)

We are looking for a Receptionnist/ Administrative Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract.


Your responsibilities cover the following aspects in the management of Luxembourg-based companies:


  • Physical reception and assistance of clients
  • Management of the telephone switchboard, call dispatch, and message taking
  • Management of emails, schedules, and incoming and outgoing mail
  • Management and restocking of meeting rooms
  • Ordering and monitoring of stocks
  • Processing various administrative tasks
  • Various data entry


Your qualifications:


  • Diploma in secretarial studies is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position ideally in a fiduciary context.
  • Excellent written and verbal French communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages being an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (courtesy, discretion), ease in communication (interpersonal and telephone) and your presentation is always impeccable.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
  • High level of autonomy
  • Organized and methodical approach
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Flexibility and dynamism are essential qualities to succeed in the proposed position.
