As the SME Managed Services Director you will be responsible for the overall strategy, management, and delivery of our managed services portfolio to small and medium sized enterprises. You will be a true positive and authentic leader, with a proven track record in sustainable business results. You are able to connect, build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and capable of changing rules and habits. You communicate with impact and speak fluently French and English. Luxemburgish language skills are a clear advantage.

Your Role:
- You are the business leader of the to be developed SME-service department for SD Worx Luxembourg
- You are a process and solution-oriented director, involved in the organization of this new department. You will design the SME approach and processes to serve the customers that will be handled in your department. This department is a startup and requires you to manage, understand and execute all aspects of the HR-services to our SME-customers.
- You are a target driven director who will ensure, together with your team, a high customer satisfaction and focus on developing new SME business lines and & on maximizing new income from existing customers. In close collaboration with our sales team, you create a context that enables our ambitious growth plan.
- You show clear vision and purpose and inspire teams to reach targets. You share leadership responsibilities in the team, based on individual’s talents and make people grow. You embrace change, take ownership and show disruptive thinking in order to stimulate innovation. You create an agile environment with a value-driven entrepreneurial culture where (self) leadership is owned by every employee. Your people can thrive.
- You are part of the local Management team and are a co-builder and executor of the SME long term growth plan. Next to that you lead, develop and manage your SME team
- It goes without saying that you have a strong affinity with the specific business reality and culture of SME’s. Your heart is with SME’s.
- You will report to the regional operations director
- Financials (revenue & ebit);
- Customer & employee engagement;
- Strategic long term plan.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HCM managed services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Strong track record of building and nurturing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the financial performance of managed services operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
