Taher Group Law Firm Co. is expanding its International Department and is looking for English-speaking lawyers to join it. Please see below for more information about our firm and the Department.
The title of the role is Senior Legal Advisor. The responsibilities will involve the following tasks:

• Working in corporate and commercial law, such as reviewing and editing contracts, performing research on various topics posed by clients.
• Review and evaluation of Business commercial transactions, in areas of law such as: Franchise projects; New companies; Foreign investments; Business partnerships; Agency arrangements, And the like.
• Supporting the local lawyers in the litigation process for English speaking clients, in cases pertaining to labour, commercial, civil, and other areas of law.
• Offering updates to English speaking clients regarding the status of their cases
• Working with the firm’s administration to advance the firm's marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:

• Speak fluent English, and preferably have graduated from an English-speaking law school.
• Has 5 plus years of post-call experience.
• Have strong writing and communication skills.
• Has extensive experience in writing, editing, and reviewing various Commercial Contracts.
• Has extensive experience in performing research in various areas of law.
