Job Description:
We are seeking Field Systems Engineer, located in Kuwait, to be responsible for integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices.
The Work:
- Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
- Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.
- Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
- Teach and advise on technical and functional issues.
- Be required to meet short notice operational requirements.
- 7 years of IT experience overseeing the integration of various networks, some CPN/CENTRIXS experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience with deployment and configuration of monitoring systems
- 1+ year of experience with mission critical Enterprise level systems and IT operations, aka "5 Nines"
- Must be willing to work occasional long hour days and weekends when necessary
- Must have a Comp TIA Network+ (or equivalent such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) and Comp TIA Security+
- Must be willing to deploy to the Kuwait Area of Responsibility (AOR) in support of the contract
- Experience with collecting customer requirements
- Desire to learn new technologies to share and build knowledge with the teams
- Experience with open communication and reaching across functional borders
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
