DHL Express Kuwait has an opening for a Facility Maintenance Manager. In this role you will mainly facilitating the management and maintenance of our buildings and facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our operational needs are met efficiently and effectively through coordination with outsourced facilities management partners.

DHL Express Kuwait has an opening for a Facility Maintenance Manager. In this role you will mainly facilitating the management and maintenance of our buildings and facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our operational needs are met efficiently and effectively through coordination with outsourced facilities management partners.
YOUR TASKS
Facilities Management Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the outsourced facilities management company.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for all buildings and facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the facilities management provider, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and the facilities management team to address maintenance requests and facility-related issues promptly.
- Oversee the organization of facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and relocations.
- Ensure compliance, health & safety with all relevant regulations and standards related to facility management.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred Technical
- Knowledge in Facility Management & Maintenance
- Understanding of Health and Safety Facility Requirements
- Fluent Arabic & English Speaking and Writing
- Self Motivated, Energetic & Well Organized
- Budget and Planning knowledge
- Understand Governmental Paperwork Requirements & Renewals
