Engineer, GRC Production

We are seeking an experienced GRC Production Engineer to join our team. The Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of production equipment in order to maximize product output and quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervision the production and delivery of precast elements - GRC in relation to the overall requirement of the projects.
- Maintains and updates GRC production programs, reports, and records.
- Maintains and secures the daily GRC programs.
- Oversees the production operation and ensures that the workers follow the instructions and correct production methods.
- Cost control-maintain the highest productivity with the lowest cost.
- Provide technical expertise to the production - GRC teams.
- Proper storage of the produced elements at the stockyard.
- Supervision plant machinery and equipment in a correct way.
- Responsible for the time monitoring and control of all production activities.
- Civil Engineer Degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Precast industry.
- Knowledge in concrete.
- Ability to lead the casting team.
- Good Experience In areas of production and erection process especially the precast products.
- Knowledgeable in Computer application and operation.
- Good communication skills in English (Verbal/Writing), Arabic is a plus.
- 18 – Transferable Residency.
- Kuwait Driving License is a plus.
- Available to join immediately.
Pay: From KD500.000 per month
Experience:
- GRC Production: 5 years (Preferred)
