As we continue to expand, we are looking for an immediate and permanent candidate for our Italian office in Vimercate.
Logistics Employee (f/m)
Your responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate transportation routes
• Provide instruction and documents to warehouse and transport companies
• Provide documents for customs’s clearances
• Monitor and track shipment status of goods according to customer requirements.
• Communicate with transport companies and solve transportation issues.
• Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers in order to Minimize costs.
• Manage warehouse staff to ensure proper shipping and storage of supplies.
• Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks

What we like about you:

• Professional experience and industry knowledge in chemistry are an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and high self-motivation
• Good knowledge of MS-Office Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus, general ERP experience a must.
• Self-initiated and independent work
